TURNOUT GOOD AT MCMINNVILLE SHORT FILM FESTIVAL
Despite Saturday’s icy roads, organizers of the McMinnville Short Film Festival say they are happy with the turnout. Two more short film screenings are scheduled for (sunday) today. The first at 12:30pm, the last at 3pm. Admission price per screening is $10. An awards dinner will be held after the last showing. The Dinner and awards presentation is set for 6pm at the nearby Chemeketa Community College campus. The dinner will be food and wine for $20 and will be hosted by keynote speaker James Westby.
Tickets are still available for the last showing at 3pm and tonight’s dinner. There is a variety of short films ranging from comedy to horror to lifestyle to experimental films.
