ODOT: Valley, No. Coast – OR 34 Alsea Highway has reopened between milepoints 10 and 11 near Tidewater. Crews have removed a tree that fell onto a powerline. The eastbound lanes of U.S. 20 remain blocked at milepoint 4 near Toledo by a crash. Travelers are advised to expect delays.
