Yamhill County looks for new director for Housing Authority
The following is a letter for Elise Hui
Good afternoon Community Partners,
It is with some sadness and much gratitude that I have submitted my resignation as Executive Director to the HAYC Board of Commissioners. My last day in the office will be June 21, 2018.
I have thoroughly enjoyed serving as HAYC’s Executive Director and am filled with gratitude for this opportunity that I have had. I will truly miss working with such a dedicated Board and such a wonderful group of employees and community partners. The outstanding Board, management staff, employees, and community partnerships have been the reason for the successes that we have had together!
The reason I am leaving is that my husband Bobby has accepted a job offer at a company in Cape Canaveral, Florida so our family will be relocating to be closer to his job.
I look forward to working with everyone for the remainder of my time here at HAYC and in this community. We have much to get done before I leave including the 2018 Yamhill County Community Connect Event on June 2nd! I will continue to work hard for the success of our agency and the community through the last day of my employment. I truly appreciate our area and the partnerships and friendships I have formed. We all accomplish more working together and this community doesn’t ever seem to forget that.
Attached is the recruiting packet for the Executive Director position with a closing date of February 28th. Please feel free to share with anyone who may be interested in applying.
