KLYC General Manager - Wes SimkinsWes Simkins – Owner/General Manager

Wes got his media experience in the early 90’s after a 10 year tour in the United States Marines. From radio personality to General Manager of a television station his management experience is extensive.

You can catch him on-air weekdays from 4-7 on the drive home.


Coffee Time with Steve CoffeeSteve Coffee – Coffee Time & KLYC “In Touch”

Steve is a long-time radio broadcaster who has done most of his radio work in the Northwest. He prefers small to medium markets like McMinnville and Yamhill County. “This is where the local radio station can be the most fun and be a valuable asset to the community.”

Weekdays 7-10 AM.

Stu Wright - Mid-Mornings on KLYCStu Wright – Mid Mornings & Lunch

Stu brings 40+ years of experience to KLYC. He does volunteer work with The Children’s Tumor Foundation, which supports children and adults with a neurological disorder known as Neurofibromatosis. In 1988 he won the Billboard AC Small Market Personality of the year award.

Weekdays 10AM – 1PM.

Rick Wrigley - Flashback OldiesRick Wrigley – Even Drive

Rick brings 50+ years of radio and TV experience with him to KLYC. He takes us back to the 50’s & 60’s on his Evening Drive shows with stories from his youth when the songs were Top 40 hits. He’s the only DJ at KLYC who has ever played a request from the Hell’s Angels.

Weekdays 4-7 PM.

Tracey Ward - ConsultantTracey Ward – Local Director

Tracey has a long history with KLYC and was hand selected to be our Local Director. Her focus at the station is to assist local business with marketing and advertising as well as coordinating local vents, the COVID 19 response team, live remotes and much more.

Tracey coordinates 14 volunteers who shop for our neighbors in need during the COVID 19 Pandemic.
